Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange and return policy, allowing you to exchange or return the product within 7 days.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
An item will only be accepted for return or exchange if
- It is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- A valid reason is provided (damaged, wrong item, manufacturing defect)
- You must share clear photos as evidence in case of a defect or error
- You must contact us within 2 weeks after receiving the order
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Most of our products are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. However, please note
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer
- Customized or personalized orders
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice are not eligible to return and exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
To request an exchange or return:
- You can always contact us at mybeads.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +923175161195 within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and relevant images
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Important Notes
- No refunds will be issued for a change of mind or color preference
- Minor variations in color or design (especially in handmade items) are not considered defects
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged
